Edited volume on the Kunsthochschul-Organisationsgesetz of 1970, the Austrian law that reorganised the academies of music and the arts as Kunsthochschulen (colleges of the arts), forerunners of today’s universities of the arts. It names Pepl by his baptismal name, as “Harald Pepl (git)”, in a list of musicians connected with the jazz club M 59 in Graz, Austria, alongside Neighbours, the group of the Austrian jazz pianist Dieter Glawischnig (p. 219).
