Fellow musicians
Harry Pepl's music grew out of exchange: on stage, in the studio and in the classroom. Here are the people who made it possible and carry it on: musicians he played with, from Werner Pirchner and Jack DeJohnette to Benny Goodman, Michel Portal and Wolfgang Puschnig; students from his years as a professor at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz; ensembles and performers who premiered his works, play them today or dedicated pieces to him; and everyone who contributed to his recordings, from photographers and designers to sound engineers and the authors of the liner notes. Each person leads to the recordings, works, concerts and ensembles that connect them with him.
