Billy Hart
In May 1987 he played a few concerts in Austria with Harry Pepl, Karlheinz Miklin and Ron McClure, among them at the Katholisches Studentenhaus Münzgraben in Graz, Austria (VHS recording). As Daniel Pepl remembers it, Hart said of him, in essence, that this guitarist from Graz always swings like hell; the exact wording has not been preserved.
American jazz drummer, born 1940. Played in Herbie Hancock's Mwandishi band, with Stan Getz and on Miles Davis's “On the Corner”, later with Ron McClure in the band Quest.
