Franz Hackl

Played with Pepl, Michel Portal, Wolfgang Reisinger and Toninho Horta at the Inntöne Festival (a jazz festival in Diersbach, Upper Austria, Austria; year disputed, 1995 or 1997); Pepl composed pieces for him. Daniel Pepl recalls that around 1995 or 1996, shortly after the family got its first internet connection by modem and its first Apple computer, his father contacted Hackl in New York by email, also with questions about life there.
