Rehearsed in 1983 with the nascent group Air Mail and played as a guest at the band's last concert in Raab in 1993. In 2007 he recorded Pepl’s “Inki” with François Couturier and Daniel Humair on “Tryptic” (Bee Jazz). Played with Pepl in Michel Portal Plus at the Angoulême jazz festival on 10 June 1984; on 27 November 2007 his trio with Couturier and Humair played Pepl’s “Tintenfisch Inki” live on France Musique.
